You may place your deposit via PayPal (which includes an additional 4% surcharge fee), but I require cash upon pick up of your new puppy(s). Other acceptable form of payment is “U.S. Postal Money Orders”. I will not accept personal checks, thank you!
To the best of the Seller’s knowledge, the puppy purchased is in good sound health, free from symptoms of contagious and infectious diseases, at the time of sale.
Up to one year of age Replacement Guarantee will be given on any condition that caused your puppy to expire, which dates from the pre-natal stage. You must have a Notarized Veterinarian Certificate with findings stating that the death of the puppy was definitely caused from the pre-natal stage. Out of state buyers must send the notarized Veterinarian report by registered mail along with all of the puppy's medical records. Sellers Veterinarian must confirm and agree with the diagnosis. Guarantee will only consist of a replacement puppy of the same gender, from the next available litter.
Replacement Guarantee will be terminated immediately if the puppy was abused and/or neglected, does not have an up to date record of vaccinations and fecal analyst’s records. Also, umbilical and inguinal hernias are a common trait in this breed and are not covered by any guarantee from the Seller.
This Replacement Guarantee does NOT include Coccidiosis, Giardiasis and Kennel Cough, which is usually caused by bacteria and is common in puppies that are shipped. Kennel cough is self limiting and like the common cold must run its course; full recoveries are expected on its own; also note that kennel cough is not life-threatening.
This guarantee does not cover what in this breed is considered normal which includes but is not limited to: Cherry Eye, Stenotic Nares (pinched nostrils), underbite, and both inguinal and umbilical hernias. Seller assumes no liability for intestinal viruses, parasites (internal or external) including but limited to Demodectic Mange, Sarcoptic Mange, Walking Dandruff or Ear Mites.or bacteria’s after puppy leaves seller. Also, It is the buyer’s sole responsibility for any and all Veterinarian costs
incurred from any of what in this breed is considered normal but not limited to.
Seller of this Dog is not responsible for any Veterinarian bills of any type or any refunds for Veterinarian bills. This is a Replacement Guarantee only if your puppy expires.
Puppies shipped through the Airlines are guaranteed by the Airlines with an additional charge. Breeder does not guarantee the puppy’s safe arrival, the Airlines does with Insurance paid for by the buyer. The buyer will agree that it is the Breeder's choice of Airline. Replacement pups will be shipped at the owners’ expense. Shipping dates and times will be determined by both parties to be made convenient by both parties.
On rare instances a puppy may expire before pick up or shipping date. Breeder reserves the right to choose another pup of equal value. Breeder also reserves the right to have nine (9) months to replace buyers expired puppy.
Deposits on puppy's are NOT refundable. Cancellation of a puppy must be done by phone, email or in writing by the buyer. via certified mail.
Adult sizes are an estimate only, based on sellers experience and recognition. NO guarantees are made.
Puppies or Adults can be returned to the breeder if you find that you cannot keep him or her for any reason. The breeder may agree to pay the shipping charges, but not the purchase price of the puppy or dog.
My Puppies are sold with limited AKC registration. Pups are not discounted because of limited registration. Seller may allow Breeding Rights if the puppy is determined to be of sound quality. If a puppy is sold with Full registration, seller is not responsible for the puppy's breed conformance for show, or the ability to breed, or the quality of pups or litter size. Buyer may request Breeding rights on a specific puppy from the seller at the time of purchase. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility for any and all Veterinarian costs incurred from breeding your Dog. Please note, effective immediately, I will no longer sell any of my puppies with Full AKC Registration (Breeding or Showing rights).
The seller does not guarantee the continued coat color or eye color of a puppy. The undercoat is typically lighter than the original puppy color.
Seller only guarantees pups out of her own home.
Females less than 5.5 pounds may never be bred for any reason whatsoever. Imperial males may be bred by the buyer, if you receive Full AKC registration
There is no Replacement Guarantee for adult dogs over one year of age.

Please note that during times of stress, such as going to a new home, puppies can exhibit temporary signs of illness which may include: sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, diarrhea and/or constipation. To help reduce the signs of stress, feed the puppy. Offer bottled water, as well as taking reasonable measures to reduce stress. You can do this by slowly introducing them to the house and the members of the household, as well as limiting the time they are with strangers, children and other animals.
